The Great Axe is a melee two-handed weapon in New World, that deals a lot of damage with single blows. It has two skill trees: Reaper and Mauler. The Reaper tree is for single-blow damage, self-healing, and some movement speed. The Mauler skill tree has CC abilities and Area Of Effect – AoE abilities.

The Great Axe gets bonuses from Strength.
